Engineering Program to Japan

The Engineering Program to Japan is a professional job placement program aimed at university graduates, especially those with a bachelor's degree (S1), in fields such as Information Technology (IT), Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other engineering disciplines. Participants in this program will work at Japanese companies according to their educational background. Although there are generally no specific requirements regarding Japanese language proficiency, many companies still consider language skills, especially at the JLPT N3 to N2 level. It is recommended that participants have at least JLPT N4 proficiency as a basic communication skill during the adaptation and job training process.

The advantage of this program lies in the visa status granted to participants, namely Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services (技術・人文知識・国際業務), which is equivalent to a full professional work visa and allows the holder to bring family members to Japan. This visa status provides many conveniences, including access to public and administrative services almost equal to Japanese residents, making it one of the most promising international career paths for Indonesian university graduates who want to build a global career in engineering and technology.

General Registration Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Male / Female
  • Aged 18 to 37 years (at registration)
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Minimum Height 160 cm (Male) & 150 cm (Female)
  • Proportional Weight
  • No ties with LPK or other Manpower Agencies
  • Have complete original documents (Family Card, ID Card, Birth Certificate, Elementary School to Latest Diploma)
  • Not currently a student (still in the learning process)
