Internship Program for Active University Students

LPK Higlob offers opportunities for Indonesian university students to participate in an internship program in Japan. This program lasts from 6 months to 1 year and is designed to provide real work experience in various companies in Japan. Through direct guidance in a professional environment, participants will gain skills and build connections that are beneficial for their future careers.

After completing the internship period, participants will return to Indonesia to finish their studies and obtain their bachelor's degree. After graduation, they have the opportunity to return to work at the company where they interned, with a work visa status that allows them to stay in Japan for an unlimited period.

This program is a development of the internship program previously run by LPK Higlob. It is a valuable opportunity for the young generation of Indonesia to develop themselves globally and contribute to the international workforce. So, don't be surprised if one day you meet Indonesian workers who are fluent in Indonesian when you visit Japan!
